kumar is an inspiring leader and management consultant with an mba attained at cranfield. he is co-founder of for the common good and also founder of mindwave, which designs digital products & services that have a positive impact on people. kumar has a strong background in public and non-profit sectors too. he is currently non-executive director of sh:24, an online sexual health service, and a member of the ethical investment advisory group of the church of england. he has formerly held active roles as vice-chair of christian aid, non-executive director of south london & maudsley nhs foundation trust, chair of maudsley charity, chair of age exchange charity and member of court of greenwich university. in 2015 kumar was awarded an mbe for his service to charity. see kumar’s linkedin page for more details on his career and voluntary commitments.
